Your boxes do not leave the city
Search for document scanning on the Gold Coast and most of what comes back is print shops, copier suppliers, photo scanning services, Officeworks, or bureaus in Sydney and Melbourne that will happily courier your archive a thousand kilometres and back again. There are very few actual document scanning bureaus based here.
That matters more than it sounds for anything confidential. A box of client files on a freight pallet is a box you cannot account for. Ours stay in the city, in a controlled room, handled by police-checked staff, and you can come and look at them.
Free drop-off
Bring the boxes to us and there is nothing to pay for collection, at either end of the job. We give you the address when you book.
Cheaper collection
A Gold Coast pickup is a short run, so it costs less than the Brisbane equivalent. Usually within a few days of asking.

If you want the documents landing in your own system, the person writing that code is a phone call away, not offshore.

Anywhere on the Gold Coast, from Pimpama down to the Tweed, plus the hinterland. If you are further north, we run a Brisbane collection too.
What it costs here
From $100 per archive box of loose paper that feeds through a document scanner, covering scanning, OCR, AI indexing and delivery. Or $60 an hour for ongoing work, which requires a minimum of 5 hours booked each week. Stapled, bound, torn or oversize paper is quoted once we have seen a box, because the cost is hand-handling time.

Where are you based on the Gold Coast?
We are a Gold Coast business and have been since 2009. Our scanning is done here, not sent interstate, and our developers are here too. Boxes dropped to us or collected from you stay in the city. We give you the drop-off address when you book.
Can I drop my boxes off instead of paying for pickup?
Yes, and that is the cheapest way to do it. Dropping boxes to us is free, and so is collecting them again at the end. Pickup from your office is charged, including the handling time either end, so if your office is somewhere easy to reach and you can fit boxes in a car, dropping them off saves money. We will tell you what each option costs with the quote.
How quickly can you collect on the Gold Coast?
Usually within a few days, because we are not travelling far. Gold Coast collections are the easiest runs we do, which is also why they cost less than Brisbane ones.
Are the Gold Coast scanning services in search results actually scanning bureaus?
Mostly not. Search for document scanning on the Gold Coast and you will get print shops, copier suppliers, photo and slide scanning services, Officeworks, and bureaus based interstate that courier your boxes to Sydney or Melbourne. There are very few actual document scanning bureaus based on the Gold Coast, which is part of why we built this service.
Do you scan documents for Tweed Heads and northern New South Wales?
Yes. Tweed Heads, Coolangatta and the immediate northern New South Wales area are part of our normal Gold Coast run and are charged the same way.
