Are there any setup fees?
Yes, there is a one-off account setup fee charged when you register. After that you pay your monthly plan plus per-action fees for the mail handling you actually use.
Which plan should I choose?
Pay As You Go suits very low-volume users with no monthly fee. Flexi Freedom is our most popular plan and includes a generous allowance of scanning and storage. Volume Saver is the best value for high-volume users - see the table above for the per-action rates that apply on each plan.
How is storage charged?
Storage is billed monthly per item, with the rate determined by the size of the mail (letter, small parcel, large parcel). Items are only charged storage once they exceed the free storage period included with your plan.
How is forwarding priced?
Forwarding is calculated on actual weight, dimensions and destination. We pass the courier rate through with a small handling fee - use our calculator on the home page for an instant quote before committing.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from inside your account. Plan changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (processed via Stripe) and PayPal. Invoices are issued automatically and synced to our accounting system.
